Kiwi Can 28 March 2018

Today at KiwiCan We talked about not getting angry and sad so we came up with a resolution so that we could get happy. We made a big circle and we passed the ball around until we got to 21. We made four lines and the front line had to guess the emotion that was written on the board. Today we got 17 points in total for being well behaved.

Duffy assembly 27 march 2018

Today was our first Duffy Assembly for the year.  Our special guests were Tayla Tomokino and Matt Johnson.  Matt is a rugby player for the Blues team and Tayla was a champion BMX bike rider and she brought her shiney trophy to show us!

In the future, Matt Johnson wants to be a P.E. teacher and Tayla wants to graduate in law and help sports people with contracts.

After the assembly, Tayla visited our class and handed out our books.  Mine was Spiderman vs. The Lizard.

KiwiCan Wednesday 21st March

Today at Kiwi Can we talked about Role Models.  A Role Model is someone who we can look up to and aspire to be like.  We can all be Role Models by making good choices and encouraging others to do the same.  Showing respect.  Leaders are fair, leaders are fun, leaders include everyone.

Today at Kiwican we talked about leadership and positive relationships.

I enjoyed playing the games of charades where we acted out something for our team to guess!
